You've got the right idea. Don't worry about the 3" exhaust though...most people don't realize the flow capacity of dual 2.5" piping. Toss a set of Greg D's split flange DP's on there with some test pipes and your preferred cat-back and you're set on the exhaust side.
I don't think dyno tested numbers have been posted yet for the PE turbo's, but I have high hopes for them. I'm very anxious to see what their documented capabilities are.
